On February 17, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (MIA) as of July 9, 2018 No. 435 “On approval of the procedure for submitting by administrations of hotels, sanatoriums, rest houses, boarding houses, campgrounds, tourist bases, medical organizations or other similar institutions of the penitentiary systems that carry out sentences of imprisonment or forced labor, information on registration and removal of citizens of Russia from registration at the place of stay in the territorial bodies of the MIA and the model form of an agreement on information mutual action".
This information is sent to territorial body of the MIA (in paper form, or on electronic media or via the Internet, including through the Unified portal of public services). Information interaction is carried out on the basis of an agreement, the form of which is indicated in Appendix No. 2 to this Order of the MIA.
Since entry into force of this Order of the MIA, the Order of the FMS of Russia as of September 24, 2014 No. 528 and the Order of the FMS of Russia as of February 24, 2015 No. 72 expire. There are no significant changes in the new order of the MIA in comparison with that orders of the FMS.
