Recently, there has been increased attention from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to observing the order and forms of notifications on the conclusion and termination of an agreement with foreign workers and on payment of salaries to a highly qualified specialist.
In this area of relations, some companies that are employers for foreign workers independently submit notifications without help of professional organizations. For this reason, such companies may make mistakes when filling out, for example, apply irrelevant forms, send notifications to incorrect addresses, and violate the deadlines for notifications.
In event of such errors, notification filed with the Ministry of Internal Affairs will not be entered in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and for failure to comply with the procedure and deadline for submitting correctly completed notifications, the organization may be held administratively liable under part 3 of article 18.15 Administrative Code, which entails the imposition of an administrative fine:
- for citizens - from two thousand to five thousand rubles;
- for officials - from twenty five thousand to fifty thousand rubles;
- for legal entities - from two hundred and fifty thousand to eight hundred thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activities for a period of fourteen to ninety days.
Please note that on September 9, 2019 new forms of notifications were put into effect by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as of June 4, 2019 No. 363.
