The draft decree on the federal state information system of information of a sanitary and epidemiological nature, considered by the Government of Russia, provides for the creation of a system that would ensure, among other things, the fulfillment of the following tasks:
- organization of interagency cooperation to prevent foreign citizens or stateless persons from carrying out labor activities who are carriers of infectious diseases;
- ensuring timely decision-making on the undesirability of stay (residence) of a foreign citizen in Russia.
This system will consist of 7 subsystems, the subsystem for registering foreign citizens will be designed to record and analyze foreign citizens who have arrived in Russia in order to prevent the spread of infectious and mass non-infectious diseases, as well as their personalized data, such as passport number, information about the place of registration, and etc.
