This clarification contains the procedure for filing by persons who have acquired Russian citizenship as a result of their recognition as Russian citizens, an application for issuing a passport of a Russian citizen, including minor children, a list of documents to be presented in this case, as well as the procedure for filing and recording applications for unwillingness to be a citizen of Ukraine.
In general, the clarification retells the content of the Decree of the President of Russia dated December 26, 22 No. 951, which we already wrote about in detail in our news, but besides this, it also contains a procedure for appealing against illegal actions (inaction) of officials in the process of obtaining a Russian passport and renunciation of citizenship Ukraine.
Namely:
- a complaint can be submitted to the migration unit providing a public service
- if decisions of the head or deputy head of the migration unit providing the public service are appealed, the complaint is submitted to a higher official.
- decisions made by the migration departments of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the district level, a complaint is submitted to the head of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the district level or to the appropriate territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional level.
- on decisions taken by the migration departments of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional level - to the head of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional level or in the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
- on decisions taken by the heads of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional level, the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, - to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia or the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, who is responsible for the activities of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
- on decisions taken by the heads of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the federal territories, - in the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, or to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia, who is responsible for the activities of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, or to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia.
