This Decree approved the procedure for exercising state control with respect to organizations which is authorized to conduct exams on Russian language knowlage, the history of Russia and the fundamentals of legislation, established the procedure for carrying out inspections of these organizations, their risk categories. The implementation of the above-mentioned procedures will ensure that examinations are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the law and ensure the issuance of appropriate certificates based on the foreign citizen's knowledge of the Russian language, the history of Russia and the fundamentals of the legislation of Russia at a level corresponding to the purpose of obtaining a temporary residence permit or a residence permit, a work permit or a patent.
