Tax support for foreign citizens

Confidence Group Company in continuation of the theme of providing support to foreign citizens on cooperation with the tax authorities of Russia recalls that various financial transactions conducted by foreign citizens in Russia are subject to taxation. This, for example, is a tax on personal income (the rate is different for residents, non-residents, highly qualified specialists), real estate tax, land tax, transport tax and other taxes.

Art. 198 of the Criminal Code of Russia provides for liability for evading an individual from paying taxes, fees and (or) an individual who is a payer of insurance premiums from paying insurance premiums.

Accordingly, foreign citizens are obliged to correctly calculate the amount payable as a tax, prepare a tax return and submit it to the tax authorities, and pay taxes on time. Also, foreign citizens are entitled to receive deductions, refunds and credits of taxes paid in foreign countries.

To implement these actions in strict accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, Confidence Group offers the following services.

To get started, you need to fill out a form, send it to the email address info@confidencegroup.ru, along with:

a copy of the passport of a foreign citizen who has received income;
certificate 2-NDFL;
a copy of the passport pages with marks of entries / exits (copies of all migration cards, in case of entry into Russia on internal civil passports of foreign countries);
copy of migration registration or permanent registration in Russia;
copy of work permit.

Based on the information provided, we will prepare and send you by e-mail the original forms of state bodies for signature, as well as lists of documents at each stage. Please be prepared to provide them. In addition, to be able to represent the interests of the applicant in the tax authorities, we also need a notarized power of attorney issued to our representatives.
