In accordance with paragraph 13 of Art. 13.2 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 N 115-FZ "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Russia" notification is submitted quarterly no later than the last business day of the month following the reporting quarter.
The next reporting period for submitting HQS salary notifications began on October 1, 2022.
Thus, a notice of payment of salaries or remuneration of a HQS for the 3rd quarter of 2022 must be submitted no later than October 31, 2022.
