Employers, as well as customers of works (services) that attract highly qualified specialists, are required to notify every quarter the territorial division for migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of the fulfillment of obligations to pay wages (remuneration) to the HQS.
In accordance with Art. 13.2 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 N 115-FZ "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Russia" notification is submitted quarterly no later than the last working day of the month following the reporting quarter.
Thus, a notice of payment of wages or remuneration of a HQS for the 1st quarter of 2022 must be submitted no later than April 30, 2022.
