Employers, as well as customers of works (services) that attract highly qualified specialists (HQS), are required to notify every quarter the territorial division for migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of the fulfillment of obligations to pay salaries (remuneration) to the HQS.
In accordance with paragraph 13 of Art. 13.2 of the Federal Law 2002 N 115-FZ "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Russia" dated July 25, a report is submitted quarterly no later than the last working day of the month following the reporting quarter.
Thus, a report on the salaries or remuneration of the HQS during the 2nd quarter of 2022 must be submitted no later than July 29, 2022.
