Confidence Group informs that the Order of the Russian Internal Ministry No. 409 as of June 26, 2017 approved the new form of certificate on studying of foreign students in Russian educational institutions.
However, some institutions are still using the old forms, which are not accepted by the Russian Internal Ministry when applying for a work permit. In order to avoid the refusal in accepting the documents for work permit by the Russian Internal Ministry we strongly recommend to draw attention to this fact of the authorized persons in the educational institutions and demand the new form of certificate from them.
