Due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, the rules for the provision of migration services in the Leningrad Region have temporarily changed since July 19.
Thus, the following changes were made:
- notifications of the arrival and departure of a foreign citizen are accepted only from an individual, and legal entities must contact the Migration Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;
- notifications of the arrival of a foreign citizen on the basis of a patent are no longer accepted;
- foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the Russian Federation and having the right to use the dwelling can now independently apply to the Multifunctional Public Services Center to submit documents for registration and deregistration at the place of residence.
In addition, we draw your attention to the fact that the Leningrad Region is divided into several zones depending on the spread of COVID-19. In areas of "red" and "yellow" zones, for example, in Gatchina, services are provided only by appointment, and if there is a document confirming the completion of the full course of vaccination against COVID-19 - and without it.
