In May 2017, it became known that the organization's location is being checked by the territorial subdivisions of the Department on migration issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the moment of company’s registration. Company will not be registered and will not have the possibility to make migration registration for foreign employees before such checking.
Those companies that were previously registered at the territorial subdivisions of the Department on migration issues of MIA of Russia may also have problems with registration of foreign citizens at their address, because the heads of the Department on migration issues of the MIA have the right to decide to check the location of previously registered organizations as well.
In case of such decision of the territorial subdivision of the Department on migration issues of MIA of Russia, the registration of foreign citizens at the company's address will not be possible until the organization’s location is successfully checked.
In this case Confidence Group recommends to take this factor into account and contact the MIA in advance for making timely registration of foreign employees.
