Starting from March, 2016, the reception of applications for a temporary residence permit (TRP) within the quota, given by the decision of Russian Federal Migration Service in Moscow, is carried out in the Multifunctional Migration Center in Sakharovo, located in Moscow, 64th kilometer of the Warsaw highway, Voronovskoye, h. 1, bld.47 (near the village Sakharovo).
Previously TRP within the quotas were issued by FMS located at Novoslobodskaya, 45, bld. B. FMS reports that only TRPs on special (non-quota) conditions are being processed at the given address now.
