Confidence Group would like to draw your attention to the fact that starting from July 11, 2016, the OKVED2 OK 029-2014 (OKVED Rev. 2) (OKVED Rev. 2) (Letter of Federal Tax Service of Russia as of 24.06.2016 N ГД-4-14 / 11306 @) is used for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
After July 11, 2016, it is necessary to specify the types of economic activities in accordance with OKVED2 OK 029-2014 (OKVED Rev. 2) for registration of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
The adjustment of types of economic activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included in the EGRUL and EGRIP before July 11, 2016 will be converted automatically in accordance with the OKVED Rev. 2 by the transitional keys between OKVED Rev. 1 and OKVED Rev. 2 developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

Russian Federal Tax Service Order on changes of the codes as of May 25, 2016 № MMV-7-14 / 333 @ entered into force on June 28 (registered in the Russian Ministry of Justice on June 16, 2016, registration number 42555).

Starting from October 2016 the Ministry of Internal Affairs began checking data of the legal entities on compliance with OKVED Rev. 2 when receiving documents for the issue of work permits and other documents.
