On May 12, 2018 the President of Russia has signed the Decree №214 "On changes to the Decree №202 as of May 9, 2017 "On peculiarities of implementation of safety measures during the Confederation Cup 2017 and World Football Cup 2018", which simplifies the migration registration procedures during the World Football Cup 2018.
The Decree introduces two main changes in comparison with the order which was valid during the Confederation Cup 2017, such as:
- migration registration shall be carried out within 3 days from the moment of arriving to the place of stay/living;
- migration registration can be carried out at the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as well as at the Multifunctional Centers of providing state and municipal services.
Let us remind you, that the new migration registration procedures will be valid on the territory of the following cities: Volgograd, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Saransk, Sochi from May 25 to July 25, 2018.
