There is a convenient service for employers and job seekers with the support of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment in Russia - «Work in Russia». The portal operates for free and helps employers and employees find each other.
This service is also planned to be implemented due to the the legislation draft «On the conditions of entry (exit) and stay (residence) in the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and stateless persons which we previously wrote about in our newsletter».
As of today there is a public discussion of the legislation draft introduced by the Government of Russia «On the Unified Digital Platform in the Sphere of Employment and Labor Relations «Work in Russia» and the recognition as invalid of some legal acts of the Government of Russia» on the website regulation.gov.ru. Changes introdced in this legislation draft will allow:
- maintain electronic document flow between the employer and the employee without duplication in hardcopies;
- employer to post information on winding-up, insolvency and bunkruptcy procedures in relation to him, the introduction of a part-time working regime, etc .;
- the applicant will be able to file a complaint with the employment service using the platform service if it turns out that the information in the vacancy is incomplete / incorrect.
