Finally, the official confirmation of the removal of all epidemiological restrictions on entry into Russia for citizens of all countries, which we wrote about recently, has been officially published. In accordance with the Order of Russian Government dated June 14, 2022 N 1552-r, restrictions previously imposed in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic on the entry of foreign citizens of all countries of the world and stateless persons into Russia through air and sea checkpoints are cancelled. The compelling reasons for entry required earlier are no longer required.
At the same time, citizens of the Republic of Belarus can enter Russia by all means of transport, including through the territory of other countries, and citizens of Uzbekistan by rail.
The acceptance of documents and the issuance of invitations to enter Russia, permits for attraction foreign workers and work permits for foreign workers, as well as all types of visas, except for unified electronic ones, have also been resumed.
However, the requirement to have a negative PCR test done no earlier than 48 hours prior to entry still applies.
