The Migration Quotas website has published a schedule for accepting and reviewing applications on the need to attract foreign workers to Moscow in 2025-2026, it is available below and at the link.

Applications are submitted in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia No. 27n dated January 23, 2014.

Please note that the following applications will not be accepted for review and registration:

1. Sent by mail or fax;
2. Not certified by signatures of authorized officials;
3. Applications from employers to increase (decrease) the amount of the requirement, submitted in violation of the recommendations on the procedure for filling out an employer application, contained in Appendix 2 to the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia dated January 23, 2014 No. 27n.
