On November 9, 2020, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation dated 05.10.2020 No. 695 "On approval of the Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the provision of public services for the registration and issuance of patents for foreign citizens and stateless persons to carry out labor activities on the territory of the Russian Federation" has been published.
This Order determines the timing and sequence of administrative procedures (actions) of units on migration issues of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional and district levels, as well as the procedure for interaction of units on migration issues with organizations and units of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, territorial bodies of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in provision of state services for the registration and issuance of patents for foreign citizens and stateless persons to carry out labor activities in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Order also approved new forms of applications for the cancellation of a patent, applications for refusal to obtain public services, applications for correcting misprints and (or) errors in a patent issued as a result of the provision of public services.
The changes take effect from Nov 20, 2020.
