On October 12, 2022, the Ministry of Labor of Russia adopted
Order No. 642 dated October 12, 2022 “On approval of the list of professions (specialties, positions) for attracting foreign workers arriving in the Russian Federation on the basis of a visa for 2022”, as amended by orders of the Ministry of Labor and social protection of Russia dated March 18, 2022 No. 141, dated June 16, 2022 No. 358 and dated August 26, 2022 No. 499 (hereinafter referred to as changes to the appendix to the order), according to the appendix .. The order amends the list of professions (specialties, positions) to attract foreign workers arriving in Russia on the basis of a visa, for 2022, by region.
