On October 27, 2015 the foreign ministers of Russia and Guyana Sergei Lavrov and Carl Greenidge in frames of the General Assembly of the United Nations signed an intergovernmental agreement on the conditions of refusal of visa formalities.
Guyana is located on the northeast coast of South America. It is bordered by Venezuela, Brazil and Suriname.
