Among other things, the following obligations have been abolished:
- the obligation to observe isolation for 14 days of foreign citizens who arrived for the purpose of labor activities
- wearing of PPE in transport
- mandatory testing of a number of categories of citizens was canceled (those who returned to Russia with signs of acute respiratory infections; those who had contact with patients with COVID; testing of medical staff, people aged over 65 with symptoms of acute respiratory infections; people diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia; those who are in institutions of permanent residence)
- canceled the observance of social distance in public places
- informing Rospotrebnadzor about the detection of a positive PCR test for coronavirus
- restriction of mass events and the obligation to comply with anti-epidemic measures during their conduct
The requirement to have a negative PCR test when entering Russia was abolished fr om October 27, 2022, by the entry into force of Order No. 22, which we wrote about earlier in our news.
However, a number of "coronavirus" rules are still valid, in particular:
- the need to fill out a questionnaire when entering Russia (both for foreign citizens and stateless persons, and for Russian citizens)
- obligation to seek medical assistance in case of any signs of deterioration in health within 14 days after arrival
- selective testing at border checkpoints (total according to epidemiological indications from countries wh ere the situation has worsened)
We are closely monitoring further developments in the situation with regulations related to the past pandemic of a new coronavirus infection, and will immediately inform you of their publication.
