There is no inviting party for foreign citizens arriving to Russia in order not requiring a visa (including visa-free HQS). |
Is an employer, a Russian legal entity, branch or representative office of the legal entity a receiving party for accompanying family members of highly qualified specialists, arriving to work in Russia in order not requiring a visa? | The notion of the place of stay of the foreign citizen and the receiving party assigned in clause 4 and 7, Art. 2 of the Federal Law "On migration registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in Russia". If an employer or commissioner of the work (services), employing HQS, is ready to be a receiving party for HQS family members, upon the expiry of the time specified in p. 4.1 Art. 20 of this Law, an employer is obliged to notify the territorial FMS of Russia on arrival of HQS family members at the place of residence. |
