Confidence Group is pleased to introduce you a memo, specially developed for use by employers in order to inform foreign citizens on the regulations on entry, stay and work in Russia and control the execution of such regulations
Memo is multi-purpose and can be applied to almost all categories of foreign citizens working in Russia based on a work permit (including HQS), patent, TRP and PRP, as well as to the citizens of the EEU member states.
The memo involves all basic aspects of immigration and labor laws, which must be strictly followed by a foreign citizen during the entire period of work.
The employers may use this memo when concluding labor (civil) contracts with both new coming and already working foreign employees, in order to remind of the need to comply with the current immigration and labor laws.
The memo carries no legal weight, but we may definitely state, the employees of companies, providing similar memos for their employees are much more informed of specific aspects of stay and work in Russia, and the number of violations of immigration and labor laws in such companies is rather low.
