On July 28, 2017 Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as of June 26, 2017 N 410 "On approval of the list of authorized territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which accept documents for the issuance work permits for HQS and extension the period of their temporary stay in the Russian Federation, as well as for issuance invitations to enter the RF with the purpose of staying as labor activity" will come into force.
This order provides a list of bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the subjects of the RF. The innovation is the replacing the old names (FMS, UFMS for subjects of the RF) by those which operate after the abolition of the FMS (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs for subjects of the RF).
The order of the FMS of Russia as of September 1, 2014 No. 507 is not applicable.
