As at October 27, 2016 the opportunity to apply for the issue of documents remains at the same address (Novoslobodskaya Street, building 45) by queue. Pre-appointments to file documents by telephone are terminated. Coupons of pre-appointments made by telephone issued for the dates before November 28, 2016, remain valid.
It also reported that the branch of the Department on migration issues of Russian Interior Ministry in Moscow, which is now located at Bolshaya Ordynka Street – will move to the village Sakharovo in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative District where the Multifunctional Migration Center is placed (settlement Voronovskoye, Warshawskoe highway, 64-th km, household 1, building 47).
