Dear colleagues,
At the moment, there are difficulties in submitting documents to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow (MMC Sakharovo) in order to issue, extend or correct the following permits for citizens of Ukraine:
- work permits for HQS;
- patents.
This situation is caused by the fact that the employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow (MMTS Sakharovo) are guided by the words of the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia, Alexander Gorovoy, that citizens of the DPR, LPR and Ukraine can get a job without permits. However, the official legal act confirming this possibility and describing the procedure for such employment has not yet been adopted and is at the stage of approval.
We sent a request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a claim to clarify the reasons for refusals to issue permits for citizens of Ukraine, LPR and DPR at the present time and will immediately notify you of their response.
