The Ministry of Labor has published the schedule of reception of applications on increase of the quota for foreign workers in 2018 and the quota for foreign workers from visa countries in 2019 in Moscow.

- An application on paper - printed completed form from AIC "Migration Quotas" www.migrakvota.gov.ru (in 2 copies), certified by the stamp of the organization.
- Power of attorney on behalf of the head of the organization on the letterhead of the organization, certified by the seal of the organization (in case of filing an application by a trustee).
- A copy of the certificate of registration of the Russian organization with the tax authority in the territory of Russia (individual tax number).
- A copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) with a registration deadline not exceeding 1 month.
- A guarantee letter confirming the provision housing of a foreign worker for the period of his employment.
- A guarantee letter confirming voluntary medical insurance in order to provide medical care to foreign worker.
- A copy of the lease agreement or other documents confirming the employer's actual address.
- Copies of certificates on the opening of the branch and on its accreditation issued by the authorized body.
- Copies of the permission to open a representative office and a certificate of its accreditation issued by the authorized body.
- Sent via mail or facsimile;
- Not certified by signatures of authorized officials and not certified by seal of organization (except individual entrepreneurs);
- Formed with violations of the recommendations on the procedure for filling the application of the employer, the employer's application for increasing (decreasing) the size of the requirements contained in Annex 2 of the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia as of January 23, 2014 N 27n.
- Monday-Thursday from 09.00 to 16.00;
