On the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts the draft of the legal document on approving the procedure for submission and consideration in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of materials indicating the existence of circumstances that are the basis for making (canceling) a decision on the undesirability of stay (residence) of a foreign citizen or a stateless person in Russia.
New order:
- approves the procedure for informing the bodies of the FSB of Russia about cases of making a decision on the undesirability of staying in relation to a foreign citizen;
- approves the forms of acceptance, cancellation of the decision on the undesirability of a foreign citizen's stay in Russia and the form of notification of the decision.
Also the new procedure cancels and recognizes as non-applicable a number of previously valid regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for making decisions on the undesirability of a foreign citizen's stay (residence) on the territory of Russia.
