The Moscow government has expanded the list of medical organizations for the second time

In continuation of our news, the Moscow Government, in its Decree of January 21, 2022 No. 30-PP, amended the list of medical organizations approved by the Decree of the Moscow Government of September 28, 2021 N 1517-PP for foreign citizens to undergo a medical examination.

Below you can find information on what categories of foreign citizens are now, in what cases and in which medical organizations medical examinations can take place.

Foreign citizens arriving in Russia must undergo a medical examination in cases where they have not passed the medical examination provided for in any of the provisions of 115-FZ of the Federal Law or the Federal Law "On Refugees" or do not have valid results of the passed medical examination:

for purposes not related to employment, for a period exceeding 90 calendar days - within 90 calendar days from the date of entry into Russia.
for the purpose of carrying out labor activities (within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into Russia.

For this, the following medical organizations are provided (Appendix 1 to the Decree of the Government of Moscow of September 28, 2021 N 1517-PP):

2. Foreign citizens must undergo a medical examination in the following cases:

for obtaining a TRP (including for providing the results of a medical examination within 30 days from the date of submission by a visa-free foreign citizen of an application for issuing a TRP);
to obtain a residence permit;
to obtain a patent for work.

For this, the following medical organizations are provided (Appendix 2 to the Decree of the Government of Moscow of September 28, 2021 N 1517-PP):

3. Foreign citizens must undergo a medical examination in cases when it comes to:

A foreign citizen who arrived in Russia after October 31, 2021 and in respect of whom a decision was made to issue a work permit also after October 31, 2021;
A foreign citizen from any country (visa needed/visa free), but with a work permit or has already issued a work permit to exclude the grounds in accordance with which a work permit is not issued, and the issued work permit is cancelled.

For this, medical organizations from two applications are provided, namely:

from Appendix 2 to the Decree of the Government of Moscow dated September 28, 2021 N 1517-PP):
