The Russian Government has prepared a draft resolution on permissible proportion of foreign workers in business entities of the certain types of economic activities in 2018
In comparison with 2017, the Government proposes to reduce the permissible share of foreign workers from 30% to 28% in the sphere of activity of other land passenger transport (code 49.3) and activity of road freight transport (code 49.41). Also, the Government proposes to exclude the Krasnodar region from the subjects of the Russian Federation, to which these shares do not apply.
In other aspects the provisions of the project coincide with the distribution of foreign workers' shares in 2017.
The following distribution is proposed:

Activity of road freight transport (code 49.41) | 28% |
Sports activities other (code 93.19) | 25% |
The restrictions does not apply to economic entities in the Stavropol, Khabarovsk territories, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Moscow, Rostov and Saratov regions.
