The Russian government approved an action plan to create additional conditions for the development of the information technology industry, i.e. second package of support measures.
According to it, and with the support of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Federal Security Service of Russia and other interested departments, it is planned to introduce a new federal law, which would create conditions for attracting and relocating (returning) IT specialists and companies operating in the field of IT in Russia. For example, for such specialists and companies, it plans to simplify the procedures for obtaining a residence permit, preferential mortgages, etc.
