The Government of Russia signed a number of Orders, which introduced changes to entry into the country, namely:
- Decree of the Government of Russia of March 9, 2022 N 440-r;
- Decree of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2022 N 513-r;
- Decree of the Government of Russia of March 17, 2022 N 522-r.
Now, citizens from the list of countries whose entry was prohibited are currently allowed on all grounds-exceptions.
The list of countries mentioned above is as follows:
- Botswana
- Zimbabwe
- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China
- Lesotho
- Madagascar
- Mozambique
- Namibia
- Tanzania
- Eswatini
- Republic of South Africa
- Kenya
At the same time, please note that Tanzania and South Africa were not returned to Appendix N1 of the Decree of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 N 635-r, which implies free entry into the country and acceptance of documents for visas.
At the same time, in Appendix N1, mentioned above, the following were added:
- Kenya;
- Indonesia;
- Turkmenistan.
In addition, the Government of Russia removed all restrictions on the movement of citizens of Russia and Belarus across the Russian-Belarusian border. Now it is possible to freely cross it by bus, as well as by car.
