The Government of Russia signed Order No. 656-r dated March 29, 2022, which introduced changes to entry into the country.
Now, citizens of the LPR, DPR and Ukraine are allowed to enter without any restrictions from the territory of any third states.
In addition, the Government of Russia has lifted all restrictions, the removal of which was announced earlier, on the movement of citizens of Kazakhstan across the Russian-Kazakh border, as well as for all persons who, by Order of the Government of Russia dated March 16, 2020 N 635-r, are allowed to enter through air checkpoints, to move across the Russian-Mongolian state border.
Similar changes were made to the Order of the Government of Russia of March 27, 2022 763-r for citizens of Russia.
