The Government of the RF has adopted an Order No. 2581-r as of November 22, 2017, approving for 2018 the quota for temporary residence permits to foreign citizens in Russia
The total quota is set at 90 360 temporary residence permits. Thus, the size of the quota was reduced in comparison with 2017 (110 160).
The quota was also distributed among the subjects of Russia. The main subjects received the following quotas:
