The Government of Russian Federation published Order as of Nov 23, 2020 № 1902 "On determining the need to attract foreign workers arriving in the Russian Federation on the basis of a visa, including in priority vocational qualification groups, and approving quotas for 2021" which approved a quota for the issuance of work permits and invitations to enter Russian Federation for foreign citizens.
The quota will be 101871 for work permits and invitations to enter Russian Federation. It is envisaged to distribute the quota for issuing work permits by professional qualification groups.
