On March 20, 2019, the Resolution of the Government of Russia as of March 7, 2019 No. 246 "On amending the rules of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in Russia" will come into force. This changes have been made:
- Documents that foreign worker from the EEU must provide the receiving party to complete the notification form were listed.
- It was provided that when filling in the notification form it is allowed to use abbreviations and reductions.
- The documents that the receiving party must attach to the notification of arrival was lists and it was provided notification of departure of a foreign citizen from place of stay by receiving party.
- Specifics of filing a notice of departure of a foreign shift-worker from organization and registration at place of stay of foreign-born minors under 1 year of age born in Russia – was provided.
