On April 11, 2017 representatives of Confidence Group took part in an expanded meeting of the Subcommittee on Labor Migration of the Committee for Economic Integration and Foreign Economic Affairs, organized by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (hereinafter – the CCI) of Russia together with the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the topic: «Current issues in the field of labor migration and prospects of attracting and using foreign labor in the Russian labor market in 2017».
The authorities in Moscow reported on the features of health insurance and medical care of migrant workers, procedures for registration permits for foreign citizens in the Moscow region, tax features, programs of substitution of foreign labor in the territory of Russia by the RF citizens in Moscow, the functions of the Multifunctional migration center in Sakharovo. Statistical information on migration flows in the territory of Moscow was also provided. Representatives of the business and expert communities spoke about practical problems faced by employers and foreign workers.
The moderators were the chairman of the subcommittee Sergei Boldyrev and the vice-president of the Moscow CCI Suren Vardanyan.
The event was attended by the Deputy Director of the Department for Relations with branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities of the CCI Yury Chernikov, deputy head of the organization of medical care of Moscow Alexey Mozalev, the Adviser of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the population of Moscow Nefedkin Roman, the Deputy Head of Department of the external labor migration Office for migration Research Affairs of Russia in Moscow Aleksey Vasilev, the head of Front and registration of taxpayers and the Federal Tax Service of Moscow Elena Klimycheva, the Head of Service Management of Multifunctional Migration Center in Sakharovo Nikolai Duvankov, the representatives of business and non-profit organizations operating in the sphere of external labor migration, members of the subcommittee.
Confidence Group took an active part in the discussion, touching actual legal and practical issues.
