As part of the regulatory guillotine, the legislation of the Russian Federation continues changing. A draft of the federal law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in Connection with the Adoption of the Federal Law “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” has been submitted to the State Duma. The main goal of the draft law is to bring the provisions of federal laws in line with the federal law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-ФЗ "On state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation".
Among other things, the new draft proposes to amend the federal law "On Employment in the Russian Federation" in terms of organizing state control over the accreditation of private employment agencies for the right to provide labor opportunity to employees, including foreign citizens.
