We inform you that on 12.02.2021, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation by 10.12.2020 No. 856 "On approval of the Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the provision of state services for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, application forms of foreign of a citizen or stateless person on registration at the place of residence, an application for the removal of a foreign citizen or stateless person from registration at the place of residence, a notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen or a stateless person at the place of stay, registration marks of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of residence, marks confirming the performance by the host party and the foreign citizen or stateless person of the actions necessary for their registration at the place of stay, among other things, by the multifunctional center delivery of state and municipal services" was published.
This Order approves the following:
- Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the provision of state services for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation (Appendix No. 1);
- Application form of a foreign citizen or stateless person for registration at the place of residence (Appendix No. 2);
- Application form for the removal of a foreign citizen or stateless person from registration at the place of residence (Appendix No. 3);
- Form of notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay (Appendix No. 4);
- Form of a mark on the registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of residence (Appendix No. 5);
- Form of a mark on the removal of a foreign citizen or stateless person from registration at the place of residence (Appendix No. 6);
- The form of a mark confirming the performance by the receiving party and a foreign citizen or stateless person of the actions necessary for his registration at the place of stay (Appendix N 7);
- The form of a mark confirming the performance by the host party and a foreign citizen or stateless person of the actions necessary for his registration at the place of stay, affixed by the multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services (Appendix No. 8).
The Order comes into force on 23.02.2021.
