Among these instructions, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, at the meeting of the State Council held on October 30, 22, instructed to increase the volume of air traffic between Russia and the countries. This will also apply to Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and other countries of the Middle East, Serbia and other countries that are not included in the list of countries unfriendly to Russia.
The President also said that he does not plan to abandon the introduction of a visa-free regime, as well as the introduction of electronic visas, which will simplify the process of obtaining visas for citizens of those states with which the visa regime will be maintained. However, this will still apply only to "friendly" countries.
At the same time, when introducing a visa-free regime, it is planned to deviate from the principle of reciprocity, which the Foreign Ministry has always insisted on.
As we wrote earlier, the introduction of a visa regime on the basis of reciprocity is also not planned with Ukraine.
Other measures were also proposed for the development of tourism - in particular, the Russian Government was instructed to submit proposals for the synchronization of the operation of various modes of transport in the main tourist destinations, including the introduction of a single ticket for the entire route of the tourist, the creation by 2035 of year-round seaside resorts designed to receive at least 10 million people a year, the development of tourism infrastructure and so on.
