In accordance with Article 13.2 of the Federal Law of 25.07.2002 N 115-FZ «On the legal status of foreign nationals in the Russian Federation», the notification shall be submitted on a quarterly basis not later than the last working day of the month following the reporting quarter.
For this purpose, notification of the payment of salaries or remuneration to the HQS for the 4th quarter of 2021 must be submitted no later than January 31, 2022.
The notice can be provided in paper form in person or by mail, as well as electronically through the State Services Portal.
Please note that the failure to notify or violation of the established procedure and (or) form of notification is an administrative liability in the form of a fine ranging from thirty-five thousand to seventy thousand roubles for officials; from four hundred thousand to one million roubles for legal entities. Liability is established for each identified case of violation of the form or deadline for submission of the document.
