FSUE PVS (Passport and Visa Center) assists the Ministry of Internal Affairs in carrying out mandatory state fingerprint registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons who arrived in Russia for purposes unrelated to the implementation of labor activities, for a period exceeding 90 calendar days, or for the purpose of carrying out labor activities. activities, and photographing them, as well as in accepting and transmitting to the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs medical documents confirming that the specified foreign citizens and stateless persons have undergone a medical examination.
By Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated November 9, 2021 No. 857, the list of such subjects of the Federation was approved, as we wrote about earlier, after which it was expanded in November 2022.
