In continuation of the previously published news, we inform that on November 23, 2018 the Federal Law as of 12.11.2018 N 420-ФЗ “On Amendments to Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation” entered into force. It provides that fictitious registration at the place of stay - registration of a foreign citizen at the place of stay based on submission of deliberately false information or documents, or registration of a foreign citizen at a place of residence in a residential or other premises without their intention to actually live in this room or without the intention of the receiving party to provide them with this room for actual residence, or registration foreign citizen in the place of stay at organization in which he not works.
Also on October 11, 2018, the President of Russia has signed the Federal Law “On Amendments to Articles 2 and 23 of the Federal Law “On migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in Russia”.
Thus, the range of actions included to the criminal composition of fictitious registration of foreign citizens will be expanded by registering in non-residential premises, to the addresses of organizations.
