On January 31, 2016, the Federal Law ratifying the Agreement between the Government of Russia and the Government of China for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to income taxes and the Protocol, signed in Moscow on October 13, 2014, as well as the Protocol amending the Agreement between the Russian Government and the Government of China for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect income taxes, signed in Moscow on May 8, 2015 was adopted.
This federal law will enter into force on February 11, 2016.
