At the moment, the draft law No. 92282-8 on amendments to certain legislative acts of Russia is under consideration in the State Duma of Russia, which, among other things, assumes:
- complete or partial termination of obligations (without paying a penalty) that are objectively impossible to fulfill due to foreign sanctions against Russian legal entities and citizens;
- permission to withdraw from the treaty due to foreign sanctions;
- Russian legal entities and foreign citizens have the right to use the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization that they could use by agreement before the sanctions, and during the entire period of the sanctions.
