On February 21, 2019, the President of Russia signed a federal law on ratification of the Agreement between Russia and Belarus on issues related to entry of foreign citizens to international sports events. The agreement establishes the visa-free entry of foreign fans for the 2nd European Games of 2019 in Minsk.
The Agreement begins to be applied temporarily from June 1, 2018, comes into force 30 days after the date of the receipt of the last written notice of the completion of the internal state procedures required for entry into force of this Agreement, and remains in force until July 10, 2019.
