Following a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova held on July 4, 2022, the Operational Headquarters decided to lift the previously imposed coronavirus restrictions on entry and exit from Russia from July 15, 2022.
According to the message on the official website of the Government of Russia, the orders of the Government of Russia No. 635-r dated March 16, 2020 and No. 763-r dated March 27, 2020 will be cancelled, the corresponding document will be published additionally.
This document will be about crossing the border by land. Restrictions on entry and exit by air and sea have been lifted as of June 14, 2022.
The requirement for PCR tests for citizens of Belarus arriving in Russia by air will also be cancelled. Corresponding changes will be made to the resolution of the head of Rospotrebnadzor dated March 18, 2020 No. 7. For foreign citizens of other countries, the requirement to provide the results of PCR testing still remains in force, the report says.
