The Operational Headquarters for the Prevention of the Importation and Spread of COVID-19 made a decision to lift restrictions from 30.03.2022 on the entry of Kazakh citizens to Russia and the exit of Russian citizens to Kazakhstan through the land section of the Russian-Kazakhstan border, as well as foreign citizens and stateless persons to Russia and citizens of Russia to Mongolia through the land section of the Russian-Mongolian border.
These changes should soon be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in the form of amendments to the Order of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 N 635-r and to the Order of the Government of Russia of March 27, 2020 N 763-r.
You can find the full list of foreign citizens whose entry into Russia is not limited by anti-coronavirus measures taken by the Government of Russia in this publication.
Please note that the lifting of the ban on crossing the land border for citizens of these three countries does not mean the lifting of all transport restrictions.Read more in our news.
