The Government of Russia signed Decree No. 448 dated March 24, 2022, approving a three-year moratorium on scheduled state and municipal inspections of IT companies.
This resolution is valid for companies included in the special register of accredited organizations of the Ministry of Digital Development (state register) until December 31, 2024. It is aimed at reducing the administrative costs of the business.
